Wadden Sea Exhibition Center - The Gate to UNESCO world heritage : Ribe, Denmark

The exhibition of 'The Wadden Sea Centre' brings visitors close to the wondrous world of the Wadden Sea and allows the audience to experience the world-class nature of Denmark. The design of the exhibition shows a relation to the unique nature in the area, which through its biological and ecological diversity is an exceptional natural wonder.

Gladiators : New Moesgaard Museum : Aarhus, Denmark

The Exhibition "Gladiator – Heroes of the Colosseum" was the second large special exhibition that Moesgaard build. The exhibition revolved around a day in the arena from dusk till dawn. As a visitor you entered the arena as a slave and found yourself in the pit with the gladiators themself.

The lighting scheme was designed to be ever changing like the day. The main actor in the lighting is the sun that slowly turns into the moon as the day ends.

"Through out the project we worked with the shadow as a communicator. Outside there is only one shadow from the sun so we brought that into the exhibition."

Georg Jensen Flagship Store : Copenhagen

The thoughts around the lighting design for the first floor, takes its references from nature, history and great architecture.

We wanted to create a spacious and light space, but yet private. We wanted to create a desireable, welcoming space that would serve as an inspiration and let ones mind explore. We wanted to create a space that did not reveal it self instantly, but keept you intrigued and curiouse.

The lighting design was consieved with strong references to nature and scandinavien traditions for lighting. The lighting is contrast full and plays both with the cold diffuse light and the warm direct light. The combination creates the connection to nature and makes the unique silver pieces desireable.

Every product has a story to tell about how its been crafted and designed. Through unique reflection and shadows the silver pieces tell there story through light.

Jens Olsens World Watch : Copenhagen townhall

The World watch of Jens Olsen is displayed in the townhall of Copenhagen, and is one of the most precise mechanical watches in the world.
